Travel Is Fun. Coming Home Matters Too

We’ve been going to different antique shows and estate sales, and there’s a lot of travel involved.

I’m also not getting as much time to myself on the weekends as I used to.

I noticed that. I said it out loud.

Then there was another trip coming up, and I decided I would rather stay home. I was truly tired. We’d been on the go so much, and I wanted to relax.

I’d still be working on my own things, but taking my time. Videos, websites, the projects I wanted to spend time on.

I want to do those things at home, too.

Right now, when I think about another weekend away, I also think about the weekend I could have in my own house.
